Directions

There is ample parking available for bicycles and motorcycles at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA. Parking is located next to the roundabout in the immediate vicinity of the arena.

You may leave your car in the car parks overnight until 10 am the following day. A parking fee will be charged in this case.

You may buy parking tickets before you arrive, but not for every event. Find available parking tickets in the event calendar.

Motorhomes may be parked in the designated areas in car park P1 at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA.

Parking fees vary depending on the event.

During trade fair events, both the P7 multi-storey car park and the P1 and P2 parking areas are available to you. Prices for parking areas P1 and P2 can be found here.

For events at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA, car park P7 is usually reserved for VIP guests. Parking in car parks P1 and P2 is EUR 5 for football games and EUR 10 for concerts.

You will find a taxi rank at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA. It is located directly at the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA/Messe Nord train stop on Heinz-Ingenstau-Straße.

You will be granted access to the building from the official start of admission to the respective event upon ticket presentation.

According to the Youth Protection Act, children and young people under 16 years of age may only attend events ending after 10 pm if accompanied by an adult guardian. Barrier-free toilets are located on the promenade, close to the access points to the platforms for people with reduced mobility.

On site, we offer a wide selection of food and beverage stands. You will find these on the concourses on all levels. The stands are open from the start of admission and staff will be available until the end of the event.

You may bring your own food and drinks to events if medically necessary. Please refer to our House Rules for more details.

We accept all common forms of payment at the food stands at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA. This includes cash, EC card/credit card, mobile payments etc. There is no ATM on site.

Police and fire brigade personnel will be on site as patrols at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA. First aid rooms for the medical service are signposted on the grounds. You are also welcome to contact the staff on site.

If you have any problems on site, please contact the staff. Stewards, medical service and police and fire brigade will be happy to assist you.
