Admission & Security

Admission checks

For security reasons, bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4 size are not allowed at events. The respective organiser may issue additional bans. Please make sure to check the most recent rules before attending the event.

We generally recommend for all attendees to arrive early to allow sufficient time for security and ticket checks.
Admission may vary depending on the event. Please check the event calendar.

For personalised tickets, please have your ID or passport ready at the entrance along with your ticket.

Protection of minors

Event organisers may stipulate stricter or different rules for the admission of children and young people for the respective event. Please check the event calendar.

  • children under the age of 8 are only admitted to events suitable for children
  • admission only if accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • admission only if accompanied by a guardian or with supervision delegated to a person at least 18 years of age
  • admission only with parental consent and a copy of a parent’s ID
  • must be accompanied to the entrance and picked up there after the event
  • children and young people under 16 years of age are only admitted to events ending after 10 pm if accompanied by an adult guardian
  • children and young people aged 16 and over have unaccompanied access until midnight
  • for events ending after midnight, they must be accompanied by an adult guardian

Children and young people who are minors may be accompanied by a guardian. This person must meet the following criteria:

  • must be of legal age
  • must be responsible
  • must guarantee the child’s trip home for evening events
  • must not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants during this time

Please note: Legal guardians will still bear full responsibility for the child.
